Data controller

What data we process

When you use the request form on our website or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the following data is processed:

• Name and surname
• Email address
• Phone number
• Your organisation and country
• The content of your request (message text)

The request form does not send your data to our server; the fields you fill in are turned into a WhatsApp message or an email draft in your browser and you send it yourself.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how our website is used. It sets cookies named_ga and _ga_<measurement id> in your browser; they carry a random identifier that links visits from the same browser and are kept for two years by default. There is no advertising tracking code. You can block this measurement in your browser's cookie settings or use Google'sopt-out add-on.

Purposes

• Responding to your product, sample, quotation and technical support requests
• Contacting you about your request
• Keeping records of commercial and technical correspondence

Legal basis

Your data is processed on the legal bases of KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller).

Method of collection

Data is collected electronically through the request form, email, phone and WhatsApp, entirely as provided by you.

Transfers

Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing. It may only be shared with our email infrastructure provider and with legally authorised public authorities upon request, within the limits set by law.

Retention

After your request is concluded, data is kept for the statutory limitation periods if a commercial relationship is established; otherwise for at most two years, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may apply to us to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set by law
• Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred
• Object to an adverse result arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
