Description
MD Pro-Check Container Filter is designed to act as a barrier against air passage of sterile products in containers. It has a structure consisting of pores smaller than 0.02 microns. The manufacturer states that it is manufactured in accordance with ISO 11140-1 standards. It is designed for use in steam sterilization processes at 121 °C, 132 °C or 134 °C.
The manufacturer states that the indicator on the filter makes it easy to understand whether it has been subjected to the sterilization process, that the filter provides separation of processed containers with a sharp color transformation, that the indicator ink is sensitive to steam sterilization process parameters, and that the indicator used does not contain lead or heavy metals.
