Description
MD Pro-Check Adhesive Container Locking Labels are designed to be used in the locking mechanism of containers. This lock can only be opened by tearing it off. It allows writing the lot number, set preparation and expiration date, and the name of the personnel who prepared it on the label. The manufacturer states that they are manufactured in accordance with ISO 11140-1 standards. They are designed for use in steam sterilization processes at 121 °C, 132 °C or 134 °C.
The manufacturer states that the indicators on the label make it easy to understand whether it has been subjected to the sterilization process, that the label allows separation of processed containers with a sharp color change, that the indicator ink is sensitive to steam sterilization process parameters, and that the indicator used does not contain lead or heavy metals.
