Description
MD Pro-Check Label Plasma is designed for use with hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization. The manufacturer states that it is manufactured in accordance with ISO 11140-1 standards. It is designed to be used for identifying and tracking sterilization packages in hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization processes. It is double-layered self-adhesive. It allows connection with production date, expiration date, person responsible for the process, sterilizer ID and batch number. The manufacturer states that the indicator used does not contain lead or heavy metals. It is compatible with MD Tech label guns.
Use
After the package is opened in the operating room, the label can be removed and re-attached to the patient’s file or documentation form thanks to the double adhesive technology.
