Description
The manufacturer states that MD Pro-Check Class 6 steam chemical indicators are sensitive to all critical parameters of the sterilization cycle. The manufacturer states that the indicators are manufactured in accordance with the ISO 11140-1 standard. They are suitable for operation in steam sterilizers under cycle conditions of 134 °C / 3.5 min and 121 °C / 15 min.
The manufacturer states that the product is manufactured from water-based paint; that it does not contain lead, heavy metals and other chemicals harmful to health; that it allows the end user to evaluate incorrect packaging, loading problems and sterilization failures; and that it shows a clear and definite color change after a successful sterilization process.
In addition to the Standard Class 6 Steam Chemical Indicator, the Self-Adhesive Class 6 Steam Chemical Indicator, which has a self-adhesive feature on the back for easier documentation, and the Perforated Class 6 Steam Chemical Indicator options are offered.
